Flavors of Houston - Vietnam

This winter menu is inspired by the vibrant Vietnamese cuisine found here in Houston. In almost every Vietnamese dish, nutrient-packed greens are either used as the shining star, or as a side dish. These herbs and vegetables are not only well-adapted to Houston’s environment, but they also prioritize freshness, variety, and harmony of textures.
