Flavors of Houston - India

“One of my favorite things to cook for my family in winter is to combine warm spices with nutritious winter greens like spinach, mustard, kale and colorful root veggies such as radishes, carrots, turnips in a spicy stir-fry and comforting soups. I also like to roast the veggies with cilantro and make flavorful veggie hummus like dips.” - Madhavi G., Pluck Customer.

This winter menu has been inspired by Indian cuisine which is full of variety, color, and is packed with nutrients to top it off. Characterized by subtle uses of grains, spices, herbs, and fruits, each geographical region of India has its own varied cooking techniques and demographics.
